2,7-二氯荧光素与蛋白质相互作用的分光光度法研究

首次采用分光光度法研究了模拟生理条件(pH 7.4 Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,离子强度I=0.1)下2,7-二氯荧光素与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)相互作用的情况.研究结果表明:两者相互作用形成稳定的复合物,最大吸收波长为509nm,与2,7-二氯荧光素的最大吸收波长502nm比较,红移了7nm;两者之间主要通过静电引力结合,但并不排除疏水作用力和氢键;两者之间的结合数为32.     

中药白茅根中金属元素的含量测定

火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中草药白茅根茎部的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg,方法简单、精密度好、回收率在92.0%-104.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.8%,结果令人满意.     

折衍混合复消色差望远物镜设计的PWC方法

将衍射结构视为折射率无限大的薄透镜，研究了衍射透镜高折射率表示的折衍混合复消色差望远物镜设计的PWC方法；设计了焦距为2000mm、相对孔径为1/15的双片型折衍混合复消色差望远物镜，并与常规三片型纯折射复消色差望远物镜进行了比较，结果表明双片型折衍混合复消色差望远物镜具有更好的二级光谱校正能力，色球差更小，因此具有更好的成像质量.     

Molecular dynamics simulation of processing using AFM pin tool

A three-dimensional molecular dynamics (MD) model is utilized to investigate the effect of tool geometry on the deformation process of the workpiece and the nature of deformation process at the atomic-scale. Results show that different states exist between the atomic force microscope (AFM) pin tool and the workpiece surface, i.e. the non-wear state, the ploughing state, the state in which ploughing is dominant and the state in which cutting plays a key role. A relationship between the deformation process of the workpiece and the potential energy variation is presented. The potential energy variation of atoms in different deformed regions in the workpiece such as plastically deformed region, elastically deformed region and the mixed deformation region is different. The features of variations of potential energy are discussed.     

On Quantum Team Games

Recently Liu and Simaan (2004) convex static multi-team classical games have been introduced. Here they are generalized to both nonconvex, dynamic and quantum games. Puu's incomplete information dynamical systems are modified and applied to Cournot team game. The replicator dynamics of the quantum prisoner's dilemma game is also studied.     

Relativistic optics in gravitational lensing: The focus of a cluster and its aberrations

In this article, general idea of focusing is studied within the framework of optics extension into general relativity (covariant optics). In a configuration of static spacetime, the general, mathematically rigorous treatment of rays, wavefronts and caustics of spherical symmetry is presented, particularly with regard to problems of obtaining them within general relativity. An original result is the aberration formulation to covariant optics, whose application is given in this paper; a particular solution of Einstein equations is finally chosen to provide concrete, exact results of cluster focal length and its aberration structure. In this way, a gravitational lensing situation is shown to be a true lens.     

High pressure X-ray diffraction study of CdAl2Se4 and Raman study of AAl2Se4 (A=Hg, Zn) and CdAl2X4 (X=Se, S)

We report the results of an X-ray diffraction study of CdAl₂Se₄ and of Raman studies of HgAl₂Se₄ and ZnAl₂Se₄ at room temperature, and of CdAl₂S₄ and CdAl₂Se₄ at 80 K at high pressure. The ambient pressure phase of CdAl₂Se₄ is stable up to a pressure of 9.1 GPa above which a phase transition to a disordered rock salt phase is observed. A fit of the volume pressure data to a Birch-Murnaghan type equation of state yields a bulk modulus of 52.1 GPa. The relative volume change at the phase transition at ∼9 GPa is about 10%. The analysis of the Raman data of HgAl₂Se₄ and ZnAl₂Se₄ reveals a general trend observed for different defect chalcopyrite materials. The line widths of the Raman peaks change at intermediate pressures between 4 and 6 GPa as an indication of the pressure induced two stage order-disorder transition observed in these materials. In addition, we include results of a low temperature Raman study of CdAl₂S₄ and CdAl₂Se₄, which shows a very weak temperature dependence of the Raman-active phonon modes.     

Full-relativistic calculation of electronic structure of Zr2AlC and Zr2AlN

We have employed a full-relativistic version of an all-electron full-potential linearized-augmented plane-wave method in the local density approximation to investigate the electronic structure of nanolaminate Zr₂AlX (X=C and N). The Zr 4d electrons are treated as valence electrons. We have investigated the lattice parameters, bulk moduli, band structures, total and partial densities of states and charge densities. It is demonstrated that the strength and electrical transport properties in these materials are principally governed by the metallic planes.     

A Novel Biomass Supported Na2CO3 System for Flue Gas Desulfurization

The breakthrough and stoichiometric SO2 adsorption efficiencies of a biomass supported Na2CO3 system (80 wt %Na2CO3/straw) have reached 48.9% and 80.6% respectively at a desulfurization temperature of 80℃.
